This course is for new or prospective Sergeants. The instructors are current or retired supervisors from local agencies and bring divers experience from both small and large departments. Topics will include: Role and Responibiliites of the Supervisor, Interaction with Subordinates, Discipline, Decison Making, De-ecalation, Community Relatons and others.
