This 3 day course is designed to ensure a quality presentation of advanced critical incident negotiation skills training for hostage and barricaded suicide negotiation teams, with an emphasis on understanding psychological manipulation and physiological effects on the body. Advanced communication, the practice of active listening, and cause and effect are also studied. Completion of an approved Critical Incident Negotiations Level I and II course is recommended
