Course Description: This groundbreaking course will focus on three certainties within the Police community, top three in the following national statistics:
 Suicide
 Alcoholism
 Divorce rate

This course will concentrate on applying basic lifestyle changes and techniques to remedy these factors. This course is instructed by a train the trainer and a veteran Narcotics Detective. All students will receive a train the trainer certificate.

Recommended Personnel: To be considered for all Law Enforcement personnel.
