This four hour workshop is appropriate for all supervisors, managers, law enforcement officers, public safety personnel and chaplains.

Attendees will be briefed or reminded as to the basics in Emergency and Death Notifications. Material will be presented to help those who must notify survivors of the death of a family member or loved one due to homicide, an automobile crash, heart attack, drowning or other sudden and unexpected events. Guidelines will be discussed and demonstrated to assist notifying survivors effectively and sensitively; including tips on what not to say or do.

Class size is limited by available classroom space. The dress code is Uniform or casual business attire.
