The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, will be sponsoring a two and a half day ICS 300 equivalent course delivery: MGT-347 Incident Command Systems Forms Review Local Jurisdiction; MGT-313 Incident Management/ Unified Command for CBRNE and Terrorism Incidents on 02/7/2012 thru 02/09/2012. This is a multisession delivery with day one focusing on MGT-347 and days two and three focusing on MGT-313. Instruction will be provided by: Texas A&M. MGT-347 is a 4 ½ –hour workshop that provides a detailed introduction to emergency response supervisors and mid-to upper-level managers to the Incident Command System (ICS) forms used in the development of an Incident Action Plan (IAP). Participants will examine the primary forms used in an IAP, as well as supporting and other utility forms. In addition, participants will review the planning process and where, within that process, the forms are filled out and by whom.

MGT-313 is course that trains emergency responders and their supervisors and managers in the skills necessary to effectively plan for and manage large-scale incidents, including those involving CBRNE/terrorism, by applying the all-hazards command and management structures found in the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
