This is a 26 week New Jersey Police Training Commission approved Basic Course for Police Officers. Departments can call 609-407-6725 or email bianchi_rick@aclink.org to have Recruit Packets sent to their agencies. Up to 18 college credits are available from Atlantic Cape Community College through the articulation agreement. Basic Course for Police Officer Tuition is Free for Atlantic County agencies and $1800 for Out of County Agencies. $500.00 for Out of County Waiver Agencies.

ALL police agencies MUST provide a negative drug screening prior to acceptance to this academy as per the PTC.
There is a MANDATORY Pass/Fail physical fitness test for ALL recruits.
