This course will teach the officer arrest techniques, stance and movement, base and balance. Defensive and offensive moves to use while using hands, arms and feet to block and take down tehcniques to thwart popular ground fighting moves. Edged weapons and controls and disarm techniques.
The drills in this course are rigorous; participants should be in good physical condition.

Head Instructor: Jose Tabora- Owner and operator of the Bullpen Vale Tudo. He is a Brizilian Jiu-Jitsu Blackbelt under Robson Moura and has been training for 20+ years. Jose has been learning and teaching Muay Thai for 11 years under Sakasem "The Punisher" Kanthawong.
