East Moss Mill Road, Galloway

On Wednesday, April 10 through Friday, April 12, E. Moss Mill Road in Galloway will be open to a single lane of traffic between Route 9 and Leeds Point Road, 7 am – 5 pm, weather permitting, for milling and paving operations. Westbound traffic originating from points east will be detoured at Leeds Point Road to Rt. 9.

On Thursday, April 11 and Friday, April 12, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect between Leeds Point and the end of E. Moss Mill Road, 7 am – 5 pm, weather permitting, for the installation of bridge plates and milling operations.

On Friday, April 12, eastbound traffic will be maintained in a single lane from Route 9 to Leeds Point, 7 am – 5 pm, weather permitting. Westbound traffic will be detoured at Leeds Point to Route 9.

On Monday, April 15, E. Moss Mill Road will be closed to all but emergency traffic between Leeds Point and Route 9, 8 am – 5 pm, weather permitting, for full width paving. Residents near the end of the roadway are advised to plan ingress/egress around the paving operations due to these constraints.
