Advisories for week of September 26

Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township

On Monday, September 26 through Friday, September 30, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Ocean Heights Avenue between English Creek Avenue and Somers Point-Mays Landing Road, 8 am – 4:30 pm, weather permitting.

Motorists may experience delays and should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.

Pitney Road, Galloway Township

On Saturday, October 1, a detour will be in effect on Pitney Road in Galloway Township between Jimmie Leeds Road and Ridgewood Avenue, 6 AM to 4 PM, weather permitting, for county road improvement work.

Motorists may experience minor delays and should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.

 

EHT Traffic Advisories for work by the NJ Turnpike Authority

 

Mill Road

Until further notice, the eastbound lane of Mill Road in Egg Harbor Township, between Fire Road and Old Zion Road, will be closed to traffic with a detour in place 24 hours a day. Motorists should follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route.

Steelmanville Road

On Monday through Friday, a single lane alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Steelmanville Road between Ocean Heights Avenue and Blackman Road, 7 AM – 3 PM, weather permitting.

Zion Road

On Monday through Friday, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Zion Road between Bargaintown Road and Old Zion Road, 9 AM – 5 PM every day but Thursday when it will be in effect 6 AM – 1 PM, weather permitting.

Ocean Heights Avenue

On Monday through Friday, a single lane,alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Ocean Heights Avenue between Steelmanville Road and Blackman Road, 7 AM – 2 PM, weather permitting.
