Survey to Gauge Interest in COVID-19 Vaccinations at Family Success Centers

The five Family Success Centers located in Atlantic County may be able to offer the COVID-19 vaccine at their facilities based upon interest from the public. To help determine that interest, a four-question survey is now available.

The vaccine would be available at no cost to any individual 18 years and older. Insurance and/or identification would not be required to receive the vaccine.
