This Course has been created and is instructed by NJ municipal police officer Dennis Benigno. Officer Benigno is in his 14th year in Law Enforcement with experience as a Corrections Officer, Police Officer in Washington D.C., and the last 10 years as a municipal police officer in the State of NJ. Benigno is a pro-active police officer who developed this course after recognizing the need for a class that can offer specific training to NJ police officers in overall police knowledge. This course is extremely informative with a lot of students stating “I was so into the class I didn’t want it to end.”
Past students have claimed that they "Finally feel like they know their job", and have described it as "The Class to take." This course is designed to make the Police Officer CONFIDENT in their every day duties as well as become proficient and open their eyes to Criminal and Narcotic Interdiction. This course was first offered in November of 2012 and has already reached over 700 police officers to date. Most students believe that this was the best training course that they have ever attended and several past students commonly re-attend. In the class the student will learn Patrol Tactics, Drug Trends, Persons under the influence of CDS, Case Law, Search and Seizure, the laws that we don't use in Title 39 that most are surprised by, Consent Searches, and HOW TO NEVER LOSE WHEN SOMEBODY IS LYING ABOUT WHO THEY ARE! These methods have been proven to be efficient and are COMPLETELY LEGAL derived from law manuals.
