TRAFFIC ADVISORIES Currently impacting or on county roadways
Oyster Creek Road, Galloway
Beginning Wednesday, August 16 through Friday, August 18, an alternating lane traffic pattern will be in effect on Oyster Creek Road in Galloway between Scotts Landing Road and the Oyster Creek Inn, 6 AM to 5 PM, weather permitting, for county bridge repair work.
Sixth Avenue, Galloway
Beginning Monday, August 14 through Friday, August 18, an alternating lane traffic pattern will be in effect on Sixth Avenue in Galloway between Route 30 and Ridgewood Avenue, 7 AM to 5 PM daily, weather permitting, for county road work.
Side streets will be closed to through traffic at intersections with Sixth Avenue.
Motorists may experience delays and are advised to plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.
Old Harding Highway and Weymouth Road, Hamilton Township
Beginning Tuesday, August 15, continuous 24/7detours are scheduled to be in effect for the next two weeks on Old Harding Highway between Reading Avenue and Mill Street as well as on Weymouth Road between Old Harding Highway and Route 322 (Black Horse Pike), in Mays Landing for county road work.
Motorists should follow the posted detours or seek alternate routes. Access to Lake Lenape will be provided from the east (i.e. Mill Road). Access for local residents and emergency services will also be provided.
Old Harding Highway, Hamilton Township
Beginning Monday, August 7, a continuous 24-hour, 7-day a week road closure/detour will be in effect on Old Harding Highway between Monmouth Avenue and Mill Street for approximately two weeks for county road work.
Motorists should follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route. Access to Lake Lenape will be provided as well as access for residents and emergency services.
