This course is designed to provide the law enforcement investigator with the knowledge and understanding of how to target, develop, and manage the confidential informant. The law enforcement investigator/officer will learn the Do’s and Don’ts of CI management, as well as the importance of proper documentation, planning, and control of the CI, to include the consequences of poor CI management.
