The purpose of this course is to provide EMS personnel, and guests, with an introduction to the potential missions of the NJ EMS Task Force Helibase Module and the application of the State of New Jersey Statewide Helicopter EMS Helibase Area Management Plan. The course will provide an understanding of the role and responsibilities of this module, activation procedures, identified locations that can serve as Helibases, and the support role that this module and plan can provide to the standard aviation and management procedures.
