TRAFFIC ADVISORIES Currently in effect on county roadways
Jimmie Leeds Road, Galloway
On Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10, periodic lane shifts will be in effect on Jimmie Leeds Road in Galloway around work zones between the Garden State Parkway overpass and Stockton University, 7 AM – 4 PM, weather permitting, for county road work.
Motorists may experience minor delays and are advised to plan travel time according or seek an alternate route. Police officers will be on site to assist, as necessary.
Moss Mill Road, Galloway
The following alternating lane traffic patterns will be in effect, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, weather permitting, for the next three weeks on or near Moss Mill Road in Galloway for county road work.
Monday, March 30 through Friday, April 3 Moss Mill Road at Columbia Road
Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10 Moss Mill Road between W. Cologne-Port Republic Road and Harvard Terrace
Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17 Clarks Landing Road between Hay Road and N. Mannheim Avenue
Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township
Beginning at 7 AM on Tuesday, March 24 and continuing for approximately 30 days, a 24-hour lane shift and intermittent stop and go traffic pattern will be in effect on Ocean Heights Avenue in Egg Harbor Township at the intersection of Blackman Road for county road work.
Blackman Road will be closed to all traffic during this time. A detour will be in place.
Motorists should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. Police will be on site to assist.
Cotton Mill Bridge, Mays Landing
Beginning Monday, March 23, Cotton Mill Bridge in Mays Landing will be closed to all traffic until further notice for a full bridge replacement. Route 40/50 will serve as the detour route. Motorists should follow the posted detour and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.
Businesses on Main Street and Mill Street will remain open, unless otherwise impacted by COVID-19 closures.
