Advisories - Week of March 20

Pomona Road, Galloway

On Monday, March 20 and Tuesday, March 21, a full detour will be in effect on Pomona Road in Galloway Township, between Liebig Street and Moss Mill Road, 7 am – 5 pm, weather permitting, for county road work. Access to Stockton University via Jimmie Leeds Road and Oak Pond Drive will remain available during the full detour. Motorists may experience delays and should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.

Third Street, Hammonton

On Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 24,a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Third Street in Hammonton, between Wood Street and Old Forks Road, 8 am – 4:30 pm weekdays, weather permitting, for county road work. Motorists may experience delays should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.

Ventnor Avenue, Ventnor

Detours will be in effect on Ventnor Avenue in Ventnor, 7 am – 3:30,weather permitting, for county paving related to the ongoing signalization project, as follows:

Monday, March 20 – between Fredericksburg and Baltimore avenues

Tuesday, March 21 – between Swarthmore and Lafayette avenues

Wednesday, March 22 – between Melbourne and Wissahickon avenues

Motorists should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.

Ocean Heights Avenue, Egg Harbor Township

On Monday, March 20, a detour will be in effect for the northbound lane of Ocean Heights Avenue at Steelmanville Road in Egg Harbor Township, 7 am – 5 pm, weather permitting, for county paving operations. Southbound traffic will be maintained in a single lane between Zion Road and Steelmanville Road. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route and plan travel time accordingly.

Zion Road, Egg Harbor Township

On Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 24, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Zion Road in Egg Harbor Township between Ocean Heights Avenue and Carriage House Lane, 8 am – 4:30 pm, weather permitting, for asphalt driveway reconstruction and shoulder restoration.Motorists may experience delays and should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. 

Fire Road, Egg Harbor Township

On Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 24, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township, between Mill Road and Zion Road, 8 am – 4:30 pm, for county road work.Motorists may experience delays and should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. 

 

EHT Traffic Advisories for work by the NJ Turnpike Authority

Mill Road

On Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 24, one of two eastbound lanes on Mill Road in Egg Harbor Township will be closed to traffic between Fire Road and Patcong Drive, 7 am – 3 pm, weather permitting.

Ocean Heights Avenue

On Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 24, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Ocean Heights Avenue between Steelmanville Road and Blackman Road, 7 am – 3 pm, weather permitting.

Steelmanville Road

On Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 24, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Steelmanville Road between Ocean Heights Avenue and Blackman Road, 7 am – 3 pm, weather permitting.

 
Zion Road
