Advisories - Week of November 14 (Ventnor and EHT)

Ventnor Avenue, Ventnor

On Monday, November 14 through Friday, November 18, a detour is scheduled to be in effect on Ventnor Avenue in Ventnor, between Portland Avenue and S.  Swarthmore Avenue, 7 am – 3:30 pm, weather permitting, for work related to the ongoing signalization project.

On Tuesday, November 15, a full detour will be in place on Ventnor Avenue between Portland Avenue and Troy Avenue, and at the intersection of Ventnor Avenue and Jerome Avenue, 7 am – 3:30 pm, weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to follow the posted detours and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.

 

EHT Traffic Advisories for work by the NJ Turnpike Authority

Mill Road

Until further notice, the eastbound lane of Mill Road in Egg Harbor Township, between Fire Road and Old Zion Road, will be closed to traffic with a detour in place 24 hours a day. Motorists should follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route.This detour is expected to be permanently lifted as of 3 pm on Friday, November 18.

On Tuesday, November 15, Wednesday, November 16, and Friday, November 18, the eastbound and westbound lanes of Mill Road in Egg Harbor Township, between Fire Road and Old Zion Road, will be closed to traffic with a detour in place, 9 am – 5 pm Tuesday and Wednesday, and 9 am - 3 pm on Friday, weather permitting. Access to Patcong Road will be available with assistance of police. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route.

Steelmanville Road

On Monday, November 14 through Friday, November 18, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Steelmanville Road between Ocean Heights Avenue and Blackman Road, 7 am – 3 pm, weather permitting.

Zion Road

On Monday, November 14 through Friday, November 18, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Zion Road between Bargaintown Road and Old Zion Road, 9 am – 3 pm, weather permitting.

Ocean Heights Avenue

On Monday, November 14 through Friday, November 18, a single lane, alternating traffic pattern will be in effect on Ocean Heights Avenue between Steelmanville Road and Blackman Road, 7 am – 3 pm, weather permitting.
