Enjoy the Luck of the Irish with Discounted Pet Adoptions

You don’t have to be Irish to take advantage of the St. Patrick’s-themed pet adoption promotion, March 8-18, at the Atlantic County Animal Shelter.

A select variety of dogs and cats that are already spayed and neutered and ready for immediate adoption will be available for a discounted adoption fee of $25, an average savings of 75 percent. The normal adoption fees are $110 for dogs and $85 for cats.

All pets adopted from the shelter include mandatory sterilization, age-appropriate vaccinations, diagnostic testing, a microchip and a free veterinary consultation.

The shelter is open to the public seven days a week, 1-4 PM with the exception of Tuesday when it closes at 3 PM. It is located at 240 Old Turnpike Road in Pleasantville.
