Currently in effect on county roadways
UPDATE - Somers Point-Mays Landing Road, Egg Harbor Township
On Friday, January 26, at approximately 9:30 AM, weather permitting, and following the reopening of Bevis Mill Road, a year-long detour is scheduled to go into effect onSomers Point-Mays Landing Road in Egg Harbor Township between Steelmanville Road and English Creek Avenue for reconstruction of bridge EH-29.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route.
Somers Point-Mays Landing Road, Egg Harbor Township
Beginning on or about Wednesday, January 24 (following the reopening of Bevis Mill Road), Somers Point-Mays Landing Road in Egg Harbor Township will be closed to traffic between Steelmanville Road and English Creek Avenue for reconstruction of bridge EH-29.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour and plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. The detour is expected to remain in place for approximately one year.

Location: Nature Center (backyard) at Estell Manor Park, 109 Rte. 50
Cost: $15 per child (ages 7-12) Includes instruction with artist Annette Rinker, all supplies, and 8x10 mat

As part of our annual "Plein Air in Atlantic County Parks," we're looking forward to having children ages 7-12 participate in a special section of the event. In this workshop, children will learn how to paint in "Plein Air" -- which means "painting outdoors" -- and will be able to create their own 8x10 matted paintings. They are encouraged to then have their paintings exhibited on a "Children's Wall" in the exhibition at the Atlantic Cape Art Gallery at ACCC.

The Opening Reception for the exhibit will be Thursday October 3rd from 5-6:30PM
