Atlantic County Alliance - County Alliance Steering Committee (CASS)

In Atlantic County there are 16 Municipal Alliances representing 23 towns. The County Alliance provides support to local Alliances and oversees their activities. Established in 1990, the Municipal Alliances are community based committees which address the community's substance abuse needs and problems. There are over 530 Alliances in New Jersey, providing over 3800 prevention programs.
