FLushing of Water Pipelines in Northfield
Beginning the week of April 8, New Jersey American Water Company is scheduled to begin flushing pipelines throughout the City of Northfield. This process will involve systematically opening fire hydrants over a six-week period during the overnight hours, 12 midnight – 5:30 AM, Monday – Friday.
Some of these hydrants are located on county roadways and may temporarily impact traffic flow.
