Cubby's Corner Memorial Dedication

The Atlantic County Library System will honor the memory of Michael "Cubby" Lancaster who died in 2016 at age 4 with the dedication of "Cubby’s Corner" at the Egg Harbor Township library branch where Cubby regularly participated in story times and other activities.

Cubby was one of the library's youngest and most enthusiastic patrons. He loved to read and participate in story times and quickly befriended staff members. A plaque will be unveiled during the dedication and permanently hang in Cubby’s Corner in his memory. A bench and collection of children’s books were purchased for Cubby’s Corner with donations to the Atlantic County Library Foundation.

The dedication will be held on Wednesday, February 21 at 7:15 PM at the Egg Harbor Township branch, 1 Swift Avenue.
