Pumpkin Festival - Saturday, October 22

The Atlantic County Division of Parks and Recreation will host its first annual Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, October 22, 2-7 PM, rain or shine, at the Lake Lenape East catering hall, 753 Park Road, Mays Landing.

Attendees can visit the pumpkin patch, make scare crows and join in seasonal games and activities as well as share ghost stories around a fire pit on the beach. Enter your own pre-carved pumpkin for a chance to win a complimentary night of camping at Lake Lenape. All entries must be submitted by 4 PM on October 22.

The event promises fun for all ages. It is free but pre-registration is required. Call (609) 625-1897 to register and for more information.
