    for individual counseling and psychiatric emergency referral as well as to request disaster mental health counselors.
    Another resource is the federal Disaster Stress Help-Line at:

    operated 24/7 by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration which provides emotional support to individuals. Counselors can be accessed via text as well.

    After a storm, dirty water can make you and your family sick. Remember, to wash your hands with soap and clean water! Wash your hands often, especially before preparing food, before eating, after using the toilet, and after cleaning. Washing your hands is the best way to prevent sickness.
