Washington Avenue, Pleasantville and Egg Harbor Township

Beginning Monday, October 22 through Friday, October 26, a detour will be in place for westbound motorists on Washington Avenue, between Rt. 9 in Pleasantville and Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township, 6:30 AM -4:30 PM daily, weather permitting, for county road work.

An additional westbound detour will be in effect on Washington Avenue between Decadon Drive and Fire Road, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Wednesday.

Westbound motorists should follow the posted detours and plan travel time accordingly or seek alternate routes.

NJDOT Railroad Crossings, Buena Borough

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is scheduled to resurface the pavement at two railroad crossings in Buena Borough as follows:

Thursday, October 18 and Friday, October 19 – Weymouth-Malaga Road crossing

Monday, October 22 and Tuesday, October 23 – Central Avenue crossing

Work will occur between 7 AM and 3:30 PM with alternating traffic patterns in place. Motorists may experience minor delays and should plan travel time accordingly or seek alternate routes.
